Developed through a collaboration between Hifumi Kono, creator of the Clock Tower series, and Grudge series director Takashi Shimizu, NightCry is a 3D horror-adventure game in which you’ll experience sheer terror onboard a luxurious cruise ship from which there is no escape.

 The main characters find themselves aboard a luxurious cruise liner, on what was supposed to be a fun and relaxing trip. However, a series of gruesome murders aboard the ship are discovered one after another, causing the passengers to grow paranoid and start distrusting one another. Then, the immortal, bloodthirsty killer known as “Scissorwalker” appears. With no way to get off of this increasingly claustrophobic ship in the middle of the ocean, the body count continues to rise. Weapons have no effect on the Scissorwalker. You must desperately seek means of escape, defense, and places to hide lest you become the next victim. The only thing that can help you survive this journey is the choices which you, the player, make.

 While the game featured point-and-click adventure-style controls for the PC version, the PlayStation®Vita version now allows you to perform basic controls by using the stick to move and select items and options. The choices you make will affect – and ultimately decide – the fates of the three main characters, with multiple endings awaiting you at the end.

This stage was created from the world of Shadows of the DAMNED. In this game, main character and demon hunter Garcia has died and his former partner Johnson the skull, reborn as a hero, appears as the character Eight Hearts.

DEAD OR ALIVE 6's ONLINE BETA TEST LAUNCHES ON PLAYSTATION 4

 KOEI TECMO and Team NINJA have announced the official launch of the PlayStation®4 DEAD OR ALIVE 6 Online Beta Test. The Online Beta will be exclusive to PS PLUS subscribers through the PlayStation Store, and will be playable from the 11th January 2019.

 The Beta will consist of Online Versus mode and will feature four iconic characters from DOA’s past, including Kasumi, Ayane, Hayate, and Hayabusa, as well as one of the most-anticipated newcomers to the roster, “The Uncrowned Street Hero” Diego. What we like to call the ‘narrative puzzle’ will extend to a range of diverse characters in Omensight, and we can’t wait to see how players navigate the intricacies of these characters’ actions and reactions to solve the mystery of Urralia’s demise.”

Patricia Summersett (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild) and Julian Casey (We Happy Few) are among the talented group lending their voices to Omensight’s characters. Omensight also has a stellar writing team including Nadim Boukhira (Stories: The Path of Destinies) and Genese Davis (The Holder’s Dominion), with Chris Avellone (Fallout: New Vegas, Torment: Tides of Numenera, Prey) assisting with the script.

Indie hoverbike racing adventure Desert Child Races Onto Consoles and PC on December 11

Akupara Games and Oscar Brittain have announce the launch date of their highly anticipated hoverbike racing adventure, Desert Child, coming to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Steam as a digital download on December 11, 2018, and to Xbox One on December 12, 2018, and will retail for $11.99.

Inspired by Cowboy Bebop, Akira and Redline and done with a very unique pixel art color palate, Desert Child was a hit at last weekends Day Of The Devs event.

Day Of The Devs was my first hands on of the game and it controlled excellent and I was very impressed by the very matte like approach to the art style. In a world where get a new pixel art game everyday, Desert Child has found a way to stand out. Game creator Oscar Brittain may be a bit delusional as he calls himself the Prime Minister of Australia in the launch trailer. However this may be just some wishful thinking and if the game is a success who knows how far he will go.

In Desert Child you are broke, but talented, hoverbike racer who needs to find a way off Earth to get to Mars to compete in the Grand Prix, the greatest race in the universe. Explore a vibrant pixel-art solar system in this stylized racing adventure flavored with colorful sidequests, fierce hoverbike competitions, and a chill, lo-fi hip-hop soundtrack. This may all be some soft of allegory for Oscar Brittain’s journey as a game dev. Any struggling game dev can understand having to live off cheap ramen which is a component of the game

THQ Nordic and Three Gates Studios today announced a global, physical distribution agreement for 8 to Glory – the official game of PBR (Professional Bull Riders). 8 to Glory captures all the thrills and spills of the most punishing sport on dirt and will be available for the PlayStation® 4 computer entertainment system and the Xbox® One family of devices, including the Xbox One X on October 30 (SRP: $29.99/€29.99).
