New Micro Machines styled PSVR game Tiny Trax gets update to encourage new players to join in on the fun.
FuturLab has issued a patch for Tiny Trax, the innovative slot car drift racing experience described as ‘Micro Machines meets Scalextrix. Based on user and journalist feedback the team is adjusting the AI to ensure it’s more accessible for newcomers to enjoy. Though the multiplayer aspect of the game is great due to many having the same learning curve, the single player mode came equipped with a pretty hardcore AI in early levels of the PSVR race.
FuturLab is rolling out the patch today to make difficulty level on the first cup lowered to ensure that new players can achieve a medal more fairly.
The game, from Award-winning Brighton-based studio FuturLab (Velocity 2X), immerses players in stunning virtual worlds surrounded by a variety of epic toy racing tracks, allowing them to control tiny cars from a child’s perspective, and watch them boost around their body, jump overhead and drift around bends.
The game has a robust online multiplayer mode for up to four players, with 12 tracks across three environments. The game already has a growing community and its good to see FuturLab listening closely to continue its growth. Just look at some of these fans of the game.
